- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, address, job title, work history, nursing license and certification details, and any documents you upload when you apply for work, register a facility, request staff, or send us a message.
- Account and activity information: your login details, the shifts you book or request, timesheets, ratings and messages sent through the platform.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, the approximate place it comes from, your device, browser and operating system, the pages you view and the page that sent you to us. We use a small cookie to tell visits apart and to count visitors accurately.

- To review applications, match nurses with facilities, schedule shifts and process timesheets and payments.
- To reply to your messages and send you service notices, such as confirmations, shift updates and security codes.
- To send announcements or news about AACO to nurses and facilities. You can ask us to stop at any time.

- Healthcare facilities see the professional details of nurses who apply for or book their shifts, such as name, qualifications, licence status and ratings. Nurses see the details of the facilities they work with.

- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our staff, nurses, facilities and others.

We use a small first-party cookie that gives your browser a random visitor ID so we can count visits. Our platform also uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies to show advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the sign-in areas will not work without the session cookie.
How long we keep it
We keep application, staffing and payment records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Website visit records are kept in summary form. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
